Who is the God of YOUR World?

Who is the god of this world?
Satan believes he is.
What do you believe?

In your world, do germs rule?
In your world, do viruses rule?
In your world, do slipped disks rule?
In your world, does cancer rule?
In your world, do trucks rule?
In your world, do sharks rule?

Satan is here, and there are germs, and viruses, and slipped disks, and cancer, and trucks, and sharks.

Who is YOUR god?  Well, let's see ...

You can have it be either way.

Satan is the god of germs, viruses, slipped disks, cancer, trucks, and sharks.

Heavenly Father is a God of MIRACLES.

If you were in the ocean and had cut your arm on a thing of coral and were bleeding really badly and a shark smelled it and was coming to investigate it, it would take a miracle to not have the shark rule.  But Heavenly Father IS A GOD OF MIRACLES.  See all of Mormon 9.  Moroni says "I will show unto you a god of miracles ... and if he ceases to do miracles among the children of men, it's because of UNBELIEF."

So if MIRACLES aren't ruling in your life, then it's because of unbelief (which means believing lies).

Look at what wonderful news this is!!!!!  If miracles aren't ruling in your life, it isn't because Heavenly Father wants it that way.  And it's up to YOU whether you are going to continue to believe in lies or use your agency to CHOOSE TO BELIEVE in a God of miracles.

In Mosiah 4, He tells us:  "Believe in God, believe that He is ..."

Satan is automatic.  He is the default god.
Heavenly Father must be chosen with your agency.

Choose to believe.  It's up to you.  Ask Him to help your unbelief.

So you can believe in Heavenly Father and His Beloved Son Jesus Christ,
or you can "unbelieve" in satan.

"He loveth those who will have Him to be their god."  (1 Nephi 17:40)

"If they drink any deadly thing, it shall not harm them."  (Mark 16:18; Mormon 9:24)

"These signs shall follow them that believe. ...."  (Mark 16:17; Mormon 9:24; D&C 84:65)

Is it Possible to Heal?

I was born believing that it's possible to heal everything.  As it turns out, this belief is foreign in today's western world.  Nevertheless, this belief is core to my soul, and it has persisted inside me.

A few years ago, a friend pointed out to me that "unbelief", a common term in the scriptures, does not mean what we think it does.  It doesn't mean "not believing".  Rather, it means "believing lies".  Realizing this changed everything in my life. It was one of the most important revelations I've ever had, and it made everything in my life make sense.  I understood immediately why we are not healing in the western world and why the miracles taking place in the scriptures are not a common occurrence today.

I'm starting this blog so that I can share what I've found with everyone interested.

Jesus said, "If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth." Mark 9:23.  Jesus never lies.  Therefore, this is a true statement, and we can believe it.  We can know it.  We can live it.
